Frederikshavn, the host city of WFC 2007, is situated beautifully in northern Denmark with ocean on the one side and forest on the other. Complementing the surroundings of nature, Frederikshavn offers a pleasant city environment and cosy pedestrian streets.

In the 90?s Frederikshavn was struck by globalization. Through a focused policy and attention to culture, tourism, innovation and events the city now flowers again.

Regarding floorball, Frederikshavn has to local clubs, FC Outlaws and Frederikshavn Bulldogs FK, with a total of approximately 600 members.
